What we check — reach and trust
- Reach — phone number correct and tap-to-callable, contact form actually delivers, site loads, SSL valid, domain paid up and resolving
- Trust — Google review health and recency, Google Business listing claimed and consistent, privacy policy present, branded-search visibility, AHPRA-safe wording
- Brand & domain — lookalike domains, brand-name typo registrations, certificate and domain expiry
- Cadence — uptime, SSL and DNS checked live; Google and reviews daily; the deeper contact-flow audit monthly

How it works
- You onboard your clinic customers. Add via portal or upload a CSV of practice names + URLs. Your brand, your support email, your colour scheme — clinics never see ours.
- We run the monthly cycle. Channel verification + website audit fires automatically on each clinic's scheduled day. Critical findings ping your Slack/Discord webhook the moment they're detected.
- You bill your customers. You set your own retail price and keep the margin. We invoice you monthly for the clinics you have active. You own the customer relationship — we never see their cards.
What we don't do
Being upfront — this product is in early wholesale rollout. We're not pretending to be at scale we're not at:
- We don't have hundreds of resellers yet. We're talking to AU MSPs one-by-one at this stage.
- We're onboarding our first wholesale partners now — early partners help shape the product.
- Real-mode email/voice/fax sending uses Postmark + Twilio (you provide nothing; we handle).
