How it works
- You onboard your clinic customers. Add via portal or upload a CSV of practice names + URLs. Your brand, your support email, your colour scheme — clinics never see ours.
- We run the monthly cycle. Channel verification + website audit fires automatically on each clinic's scheduled day. Critical findings ping your Slack/Discord webhook the moment they're detected.
- You bill your customers. You set the retail price (we suggest matching $99/m). We invoice you monthly for
active_seats × wholesale_rate. You keep the margin and own the customer relationship — we never see their cards.
What we don't do
Being upfront — this product is in early wholesale rollout. We're not pretending to be at scale we're not at:
- We don't have hundreds of resellers yet. We're talking to AU MSPs one-by-one at this stage.
- The first 5 wholesale partners get founding-partner pricing locked in.
- Real-mode email/voice/fax sending uses Postmark + Twilio (you provide nothing; we handle).
